Materials needed:
7-2-1/2"X21" precut strips of assorted blacks
5-2-1/2" X WOF precut strips of assorted whites
Scraps of cotton fabric:
6" X 10" White (beard) 6" X 10" light blue (hat)
3" X 6" purple (flowers) 3" X 3" green (flower center & leaf)
3" X 8" dark brown (post) 3" X 4" white (hat flower & flwr. center)
3" X 5" gold (bee skep) 3" X 5" dark gold (bee skep)
3" X 6" dark brown (shoes) 3" X 5" flesh (nose & hands)
14" X 38" Thin cotton batting
1/2 yard lightweight fusible web
Supplies needed for class:
Good working Sewing Machine and must know it.
Sewing thread to sew squares together
Size 14 needle and extras just in case one breaks
Threads for appliqueing the gnome down
Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
Pressing Mat for applique
Pencil/marking tool for applique
